摘  要:目的:探讨运动护齿器建立平衡咬合的方法,以及咬合平衡对运动护齿器防护作用的影响。方法:选择9名大学篮球校队运动员作为受试者,为每一位受试者定制一个运动护齿器。实验采用自身对照法:采用咬合纸法对受试者的运动护齿器进行调(牙合),为常规调(牙合)组;在T-scan咬合分析系统指导下调磨运动护齿器的咬合,为T-scan调(牙合)组;受试者未佩戴运动护齿器时天然牙咬合,作为空白对照组。使用T-scan咬合分析系统采集常规调(牙合)组、T-scan调(牙合)组及空白对照组的咬合数据,比较三组咬合接触情况的差异。结果:(1)咬合接触点总数、总咬合力、前牙区咬合力比率:常规调(牙合)组和T-scan调(牙合)组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),常规调(牙合)组和T-scan调(牙合)组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)咬合力不对称指数:对照组最高,而常规调(牙合)组低于T-scan调(牙合)组,三组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(3)咬合时间:T-scan调(牙合)组咬合时间显著长于对照组和常规调(牙合)组(P<0.05),对照组和常规调(牙合)组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:T-scan咬合分析系统可以更精确地指导运动护齿器的调(牙合)。平衡的咬合能提高运动护齿器防护作用及舒适性。Objective To explore the method to establish occlusal balance and analyze such balance on the protective function of sports mouthguards.Methods Nine college basketball players were selected as subjects and a customized sports mouthguard was made for each of them.A self-control method was used in this study.The regular group adjusted their mouthguards using articulating papers,the Tscan group did according to a T-scan occlusion analysis system,and blank control group did not wear any mouthguards.The occlusion data of the three groups were collected and compared using a T-scan occlusion analysis system.Results The average total number of occlusal contact points,total occlusal force(TOF)and anterior area ratio of the regular and T-scan groups were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the former two groups(P>0.05).The average occlusal asymmetry index of the regular group was significantly lower than the Tscan group,which was still significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The average occlusion time of the T-scan group was significantly longer than the other two groups,but there were no significant differences between the latter two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions T-scan system is more accurate in occlusal adjustment of sports mouthguards.Balanced occlusion can improve the protective effects and comfort of wearing sports mouthguards.
