摘　　要：农业物流生态圈的提出是为了解决传统农业在发展过程中面临的产业联动性差、技术水平低下、运营模式落后等问题,是农业供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手。在农业物流生态圈构念及一般框架提出的基础上,进一步结合企业实践,以江西淘鑫农产品电子商务企业为案例分析对象,对典型的农业物流企业逐渐融入农业生产各环节并与相关主体建立战略联盟进行深入分析,主要解决三个层面的问题:(1)农业物流生态圈一般框架是否具有可行性,结合企业案例进行验证;(2)基于协同理论从目标协同、资源协同、能力协同及利益协同等方面对农业物流生态圈协同机制展开分析;(3)结合淘鑫运营发展现状,对农业物流生态圈的协同发展路径进行剖析。通过对农业物流生态圈协同机制及路径的分析,进一步深化农业物流组织理论,为中国农业物流跨越式发展和农业现代化提供理论参考。The agricultural logistics ecosphere is put forward to solve the problems of poor industrial linkage, low technical level and backward operation mode faced by traditional agriculture in the process of development. It is an important link of the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture. On the basis of the construct of agricultural logistics ecosphere and the general framework, and further combining with firms’ practice, this paper takes Taoxin Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. in Jiangxi as the research subject, and analyzes the typical agricultural logistics firms which gradually integrate into each link of agricultural production and establish strategic alliance with related subjects. It mainly solves three problems.(1) It analyzes whether the general framework of agricultural logistics ecosphere is feasible and verified through cases of firms.(2) It analyzes the synergetic mechanism of agricultural logistics ecosphere from target synergy, resource synergy, capability synergy and benefit synergy based on the synergy theory.(3) Combined with the present situation of operation and development of Taoxin, the synergetic development path of agricultural logistics ecosphere is analyzed. The research results indicate that first, the formation of the agricultural logistics ecosphere is not achieved overnight, and as operational management matures, ecosphere experiences the germination-development-maturity evolution process. Second, target synergy is the foundation and premise of the formation of the agricultural logistics ecosphere. Taoxin attracts external resources to achieve synergy with its core characteristic resources, guarantee the realization of the maximum value of the agricultural logistics ecosphere, and then realize the interest synergy of internal and external subjects. Third, driving the large-scale production and sale of agricultural products in the "10 + 1" model is the core resource of the agricultural logistics ecosphere led by Taoxin;the core resource is used to attract external subjects to
