摘　　要：运用“高校记忆”的理论视野,加强高校制度文化建设,是高校文化建设的应有之义。当前,高校制度文化建设存在着诸多问题:一是制度文化建设相对滞后,缺乏创新性;二是制度文化开发力度不够,脱离师生的学习和生活;三是制度文化建设内容平泛,缺少特色。因此,应积极开发“高校记忆”,从档案建设层面促进高校制度文化建设,进而给高校制度文化的特色化创新提供物质保障、动力支持和价值引导。Under the perspective of“Colleges and Universities Memory”,strengthening archives construction,promoting campus institutional culture construction,which is the proper meaning of culture construction in higher colleges.At present,a lot of problems exist in the archives promoting the construction of institutional culture in higher colleges,such as:the institutional culture construction of higher colleges lags behind relatively,lacks the innovation;the institutional culture of higher colleges development strength is insufficient,the separation from the teacher and student phenomenon is serious;the institutional culture of higher colleges lacks the characteristic.Developing the“Higher Colleges Memory”actively,it can provide support for the institutional culture construction of higher colleges.
