新时代下高校科研诚信问题成因及对策探析

摘　　要：近些年,国家政府部门、科技管理部门强调科研作风学风建设和科研诚信建设的重要性。高等学校作为科研的重要阵地,通过分析高校科研诚信缺失的内外因,指出通过科研诚信制度建设、优化科研激励机制、加强科研诚信理念宣传等方式,提出相关对策建议,探讨通过多渠道、多途径改善高校科研诚信体系,净化学术研究环境。In recent years,the national government departments and science and technology management departments have emphasized the importance of the construction of scientific research style,style of study and scientific research integrity.As an important position of scientific research in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of the lack of scientific research integrity in colleges and universities,points out that through the construction of scientific research integrity system,optimization of scientific research incentive mechanism,strengthening the propaganda of scientific research integrity concept,puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and discusses how to improve university scientific research integrity system and purify academic research environment through multiple channels and channels.
