摘 要:随着全球产业链的不断升级,高校人才培养质量和岗位需求之间的匹配度越来越小,教育教学模式改革势在必行。学术人力资源作为高校教育教学活动的主体力量,在信息化时代里展示出新特质。为了提升新时代高校学术人力资源管理水平,文章通过个案分析,探究信息化时代下高校学术人力资源的现状,凝练出其特点,有针对性地提出激励与考核并重、教学与科研并行、学习与指导并存的管理策略,有助于保证线上教学与线下课堂教学质量实质等效,有利于推动高等教育人才培养的“质量革命”。With the continuous upgrading of the global industrial chain,the matching degree between the quality of college personnel training and job demands is becoming smaller and smaller,so the reform of education and teaching mode is imperative.Academic human resources,as the main force of college education and teaching activities,display new characteristics in the information age.In order to improve the level of academic human resource management in colleges and universities in the new era,through the case study analysis,the article analysis and explore the present situation of the university human resources under the information age,and condense out its characteristics,propose targeted the management strategy of equal emphasis on incentive and assessment,parallel teaching and research,and co-existence of learning and guidance.It helps to ensure the substantial equivalence between online teaching and offline classroom teaching and promote the“quality revolution”of talent training in higher education.
