摘 要:长期装卸作业和港口环境的影响,导致堆取料机悬臂钢结构变形、纠偏装置等零部件锈蚀严重,同时物料传输过程中落料点难以控制,导致悬臂输送带跑偏现象严重,引起物料撒漏,增加积料清理的劳动强度,影响设备寿命、加大环保的难度。文中分析了堆取料机运行过程中悬臂输送带跑偏的原因,通过对其尾车调料板、尾车中部漏斗、导料槽、挡料皮、纠偏托辊组等改造,有效地避免了输送带跑偏现象。Long-term loading and unloading operations and port environment lead to deformation of the cantilever steel structure of stacker-reclaimer and serious corrosion of components such as deviation correction device.At the same time,it is difficult to control the blanking point during material conveying,which leads to serious deviation of cantilever conveyor belt,causing material leakage,enhancing the labor intensity of material cleaning,affecting the service life of equipment and increasing environmental protection difficulties.In this paper,reasons for the deviation of cantilever conveyor belt of stacker-reclaimer during operation are analyzed,and the deviation of conveyor belt is effectively avoided by reforming the mixing plate and middle funnel in the tail car,the feed channel,stock stop leather as well as the deviation-correcting roller set.
