有砟轨道轨排横向阻力与道床横向阻力实验研究

摘　　要：现行铁路行业规范中所规定的道床横向阻力是针对单根轨枕定义的,其测量过程中需要拆除测试轨枕扣件并抽出垫板,实施过程非常繁琐且效率低下。为此,文中开展了轨排横向阻力和道床横向阻力现场实验,对轨排横向阻力与道床横向阻力之间的关系进行了研究,得到了轨排横向阻力和道床横向阻力的定量实测关系,证实了通过测量轨排横向阻力间接测量道床横向阻力是可行性的,从而提高了道床横向阻力的测量效率,对有砟轨道线路的施工和养护维修均具有非常重要的实际意义。The lateral resistance of track bed in current railway industry codes is for a single sleeper.In the measurement process,it is necessary to remove test sleeper fasteners and draw out backing plates,which is very cumbersome and inefficient.Therefore,in this paper,the field experiments of track skeleton and track bed lateral resistance were carried out,and the relationship between them was studied.The quantitative measured relationship between track skeleton lateral resistance and track bed lateral resistance was obtained,which prove that the hypothesis that track bed lateral resistance can be indirectly measured by measuring track skeleton lateral resistance is feasible,thus improving the measuring efficiency of track bed lateral resistance,which has very important practical significance for the construction,maintenance and repair of ballasted track lines.
