添加季铵化腐植酸对聚马来酸丙烯酸阻垢缓蚀性能的影响

摘  要:以季铵化改性后的风化煤腐植酸为添加剂,采用溶液共混法将季铵化腐植酸(QHA)与聚合马来酸-丙烯酸(MA/AA)进行复配,获得复合阻垢缓蚀剂QHA/(MA/AA)。分别采用称垢法、旋转挂片法及分解氧化铁法和灭藻实验评定HA、QHA以及QHA/(MA/AA)的阻垢、缓蚀、分散和灭藻性能,结果表明,添加QHA后,QHA/(MA/AA)的阻垢率和缓蚀率均优于QHA和MA/AA,QHA/(MA/AA)的最大阻垢率达到97.4%,最大缓蚀率达到85.2%,对Fe2O3的分散效果低至42.3%的透光率;同时,QHA/(MA/AA)的灭藻性能也明显优越,可在8h内实现100%高效灭藻。CaCO3垢样的扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析表明,加入QHA/(MA/AA)后使CaCO3晶面生长的有序度和完整程度下降,呈碎状分布,结晶度下降,会明显抑制晶面生长,从而达到良好的阻垢效果。The composite scale and corrosion inhibitor QHA/(MA/AA)were prepared through the common solution blending methods when the quaternized humic acid(QHA)from weathered coal humic acid(HA)for quaternization modified was as the added materials.The scale inhibition performance of QHA/(MA/AA) was evaluated by weighing method, the corrosion inhibition performance rotary hanging piece method, the dispersion performance iron oxide decomposition method. And the algae killing performance of HA, QHA and QHA/(MA/AA)through the algea killing experiment. The experimental results showed that the scale and corrosion inhibition rates of QHA/(MA/AA)were superior to those of QHA and MA/AA, the maximum scale inhibition rate of QHA/(MA/AA)reached 97.4%, the corrosion inhibition rate reached 85.2%, and dispersing effect of Fe2O3 was as low as 42.3% of light transmittance. At the same time, QHA/(MA/AA)had outstanding algae-killing ability, which could achieve high-efficiency elimination of algae within 8 hours. The scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis of CaCO3 deposit showed that the addition of QHA/(MA/AA)reduced the order and completeness of the growth of CaCO3 crystal planes and distribute in a fragmentary form, crystallinity of CaCO3 decreased. It would obviously inhibit the growth of crystal planes, thus achieving a good anti-scaling effect.
