摘 要:赤芍是祖国医学中经典药材,以其丰富的化学成分和强大的药理作用而被广泛应用。赤芍已被鉴定出赤芍总苷、没食子酸、赤芍总黄酮以及新木脂素苷类化合物等多种有效化学成分。在诸多有效化学成分中,以赤芍总苷的作用相对更加广泛。经过实验证明,其有效成分表现出神经保护、抗抑郁、调控血糖血脂、抗炎抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化及调节免疫等作用。本文对赤芍的化学成分及其药理作用研究的新进展进行总结与综述,以期为进一步研究赤芍的化学及药用价值提供科学依据。Radix paeoniae rubra is a classic medicinal material in Chinese medicine. It is widely used because of its rich chemical composition and powerful pharmacological action. A variety of effective chemical constituents, such as total glycosides, gallic acid, total flavonoids and new lignans glycosides, have been identified. In many effective chemical components, the effect of total glucosides of paeoniae paeoniae is more extensive. Experimental results showed that its active components have neuroprotective, antidepressant, blood glucose and lipid regulation, anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and immune regulation. In this paper the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Radix paeoniae rubra, summary and review the new progress in order to further study will provide a scientific basis for Radix paeoniae rubra chemical and medicinal value.
