摘 要:探讨了利用电位滴定的方法对中药中有效成分进行定量分析的分析方法,可以有效的对有色或混浊待测溶液进行测定,且分析结果更为精确。结果表明,该法检测灵敏度高,方便快捷,重复性、稳定性良好,用于多种中药或复方中的有效成分分析、测定结果优于其他检测方法。但由于电位滴定法对测定仪器设备的要求比较高,且操作相对复杂,在我国的发展和应用还未普及,尚需进一步的研究和推广。本文就电位滴定法在中药化学成分分析、辅料及工艺中含量检测等作一综述,以期为该法在中药质量控制中的进一步研究与应用提供参考。This paper discusses the analysis method of the effective components in traditional Chinese medicine by potentiometric titration, which can be used to determine the colored or turbid solution, by doing that the analysis results can be more accurate. The results indicated that the method has the advantages of high sensitivity, convenience, good repeatability and stability, and is superior to other methods in the analysis and determination of active components in many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine or compound prescription. However, the development and application of potentiometric titration in China are not in common use, due to its high measuring apparatus and complicated operation requirements. This paper reviews the application of potentiometric titration in the analysis of chemical components, excipients and the determination of content in the process of Chinese materia medica.
