摘  要:贵冶在多年的生产实践中不断探索,通过对各类粗杂铜原料状况进行深入研究,尤其是对铜锭中金、银分布规律的研究,对提高样品代表性提供了具有非常重要的借鉴意义。通过按炉次比例组样、提高取样比例、分区钻样、碎料铜米均匀布点等途径保障样品代表性;同时通过加强对钻样、开炉、制样等过程控制,减小分析误差,进一步改善样品代表性。Guixi Smelter has been explored continuously in many years of production practice,through in-depth research of the raw material status of various coarse and miscellaneous copper,especially the study on the distribution law of gold and silver in copper ingot.It has very important reference significance to improve sample representativeness.We set samples according to the ratio of furnace times,increase the sampling ratio,partition drill samples,and evenly distribute the crushed copper rice to guarantee sample representativeness.At the same time,we minimize analysis error and further improve sample representativeness by strengthening the process control of drilling samples,and opening furnace and sample preparation.
