摘 要:煤矿地表渣堆高度持续增长,将使其下方的井下巷道围岩应力大小与分布特征发生显著变化,严重的会导致巷道发生大变形或破坏,影响矿井的安全高效生产。基于五虎山煤矿煤岩层地质赋存条件、采掘生产及地表超高渣堆实际情况,建立五虎山煤矿地表渣堆及井下采掘工作面三维立体模型,模拟计算不同渣堆高度下巷道围岩应力峰值大小及位置、采动影响范围等特征参数,对比分析不同渣堆高度对巷道稳定性的影响规律;结合巷道变形实测数据,初步确定了地表渣堆的安全临界高度。研究结果对类似矿井安全高效生产具有重要参考价值。The continuous growth of the height of the coal mine surface slag heap will make the stress size and distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the underground roadway under it change significantly,which will seriously lead to large deformation or damage of the roadway,and affect the safe and efficient production of the mine.Based on the geological occurrence conditions of coal strata,mining production and the actual situation of surface super-high slag pile in Wuhushan Coal Mine,a three-dimensional model of surface slag pile and underground mining face in Wuhushan Coal Mine is established.The characteristic parameters of roadway surrounding rock stress peak value and location,mining influence range under different slag pile heights have been simulated and calculated,and then the influence law of different slag pile height on roadway stability is analyzed.Combined with the measured data of roadway deformation,the safety critical height of the surface slag pile is initially determined.The research results have important reference value for the safe and efficient production of similar mines.
