乡村振兴背景下农村金融服务效率提升对策

摘　　要：近年来,随着乡村振兴战略的实施,农村金融服务由于农村基础薄弱、农民金融意识淡薄、金融资源溃泛等问题,仍然是农业转型发展过程中的短板。通过对农村金融服务现象的观察,剖析农村金融基础设施建设不健全和信用体系发展不完善等问题,通过对当地政府、农民以及银行和保险公司在内的金融服务主体提出不同的政策建议,提高农村金融服务效率,推动农村农业以及农民现代化发展。In recent years,with the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,rural financial service is still a short board in the process of agricultural transformation and development due to the problems of weak rural foundation,weak financial awareness of farmers and financial resources collapse.Through the observation of the existing phenomenon of rural financial services,this paper analyzed the problems such as the imperfect rural financial infrastructure construction and the credit system,and put forward some differ‐ent policy suggestions to the financial service subjects including local government,farmers,banks and insur‐ance companies so as to improve the efficiency of rural financial services and promote the modernization of rural agriculture and farmers.
