摘　　要：乡村振兴背景下,完善农村社会保障法律制度对于全面建设社会主义现代化国家有重要意义。分析我国农村社会保障法制的演进,探究我国农村社会保障法制建设存在的问题,在此基础上提出了加快农村社会保障立法、扩充农村社会保障法制内容、制定与完善农村社会保障监督机制的建议。Under the background of rural revitalization,improving the legal system of rural social security plays an important role in promoting the construction of a socialist modern country in an all-round way.This paper analyzed the evolution of China's rural social security legal system,explored the problems exist‐ing in the construction of rural social security legal system and put forward some suggestions such as speed‐ing up the legislation of rural social security,expanding the content of rural social security legal system,for‐mulating and improving the supervision mechanism of rural social security.
