分光光度法测定浓缩天然胶乳中总磷酸盐的精密度分析

摘　　要：浓缩天然胶乳中总磷酸盐的含量是影响胶乳稳定性的主要因素之一,胶乳中总磷酸盐的检测主要采用ISO 19043-2015分光光度法,该法可简单、快速测定浓缩天然胶乳中总磷酸盐含量。采用分光光度法检测浓缩天然胶乳中总磷酸盐的含量,分析检验结果的影响因素和精密度,以期为实际工作提供借鉴。The content of total phosphates in natural latex concentrate is one of the important factors affect‐ing the stability of latex.Excessive phosphates will reduce the stability of latex.At present,ISO 19043-2015 natural rubber latex concentrate-determination of total phosphate content by spectrophtometric method is mainly used for the detection of total phosphate in latex.By using the spectrophotometric method,the total phosphate content in concentrated natural rubber latex can be determined simply and quickly.In this paper,the repeated detection was carried out according to the standard method.The factors influencing the test re‐sults were analyzed,and the precision of the test results of total phosphate of latex with different total solid content was analyzed in order to provide reference for the actual work.
