摘　　要：以《江苏科技年鉴》公开的省级科技计划立项项目为研究对象,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,围绕石墨烯技术领域立项项目的年度分布、项目类别、研究主题、所属产业和承担单位等不同维度开展统计分析研究。文章提出构建特色科技计划体系、稳定支持开展基础研究、加强整合国际科技资源和注重转化重大科技成果4个建议,为改革和完善江苏省科技计划体系提供参考,支撑江苏构建自主可控、具有国际竞争力的现代产业体系。Taking the provincial sci-tech projects published in Jiangsu Science and Technology Yearbook as the research object,this paper adopts the qualitative and quantitative methods to carry out statistical analysis and research on the annual distribution,project category,research topic,industry and undertaking unit of the projects in graphene technology field.In order to provide reference for the reform and improvement of the sci-tech plan system of Jiangsu,and support the construction of a modern industrial system with independent control and international competitiveness,this paper puts forward four suggestions:constructing a characteristic sci-tech plan system,stably supporting the development of basic research,strengthening the integration of international sci-tech resources,and paying attention to the transformation of major sci-tech achievements.
