摘　　要：专利价值的评价是业界重要的课题,目前已形成一定的操作方法,但仍存在一些问题。文章在现有评价方法的基础上,提出“多维度视角下的专利价值评价模式”,综合考虑技术、法律、经济几个维度对专利价值的影响,尤其注意到三者之间相互依存、缺一不可的关系。3个维度中的任何一个维度都不能单独支撑起专利的市场价值,同时,任何一个维度的缺陷都会导致专利价值的塌陷。The evaluation of patent value is an important topic in the industry.At present,some operation methods have been formed,but there are still some problems.Based on the existing evaluation methods,this paper proposes a“evaluation model of patent value from multi-dimensional perspective”,which comprehensively considers the impact of technology,law and economy on patent value,especially the interdependence and indispensable relationship among them.Any one of the three dimensions cannot support the market value of patent alone.At the same time,the defects of any dimension will lead to the collapse of patent value.
