集束化护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎保留灌肠效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:对集束化护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎保留灌肠效果产生的影响进行研究分析与讨论。方法:以南通市通州区人民医院收治的90例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究客体,选择随机数字法将其等分成对照组与研究组。对于对照组,行中药保留灌肠的常规措施;研究组给予集束化护理措施。结果:从总有效率上看,研究组与对照组分别为95.56%,82.22%,对比有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。从灌肠后不适症状总发生率上看,研究组与对照组分别为13.33%,28.89%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。从护理满意度平均得分上看,研究组、对照组分别为4.7±0.5,3.4±0.7,对比存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理能够提高溃疡性结肠炎中药灌肠的治疗效果,降低灌肠后出现不适症状的可能性,提高患者对护理的满意度,具有较大的推广价值。Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of cluster nursing intervention on retention enema of ulcerative colitis.Methods:90 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis in Nantong Tongzhou District People’s hospital were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and study group.For the control group,traditional Chinese medicine retention enema routine measures were given;the research group was given the cluster nursing measures discussed below.Results:In terms of total effective rate,the study group and the control group results were 95.56% and 82.22% respectively with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).In terms of the total incidence of discomfort after enema,the study group and the control group results were 13.33% and 28.89% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the average score of nursing satisfaction,the study group and the control group results were 4.7±0.5,3.4±0.7,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema for ulcerative colitis,reduce the possibility of discomfort symptoms after enema,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing,so it has great promotion value.
