摘　　要：目的探讨护患协同评估结合多元化健康教育对老年患者跌倒风险自我认知及防范的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的300例老年跌倒高危患者作为研究对象,采用随机法分为对照组和观察组各150例,对照组实施常规预防跌倒健康教育和管理,观察组由护士应用《患者跌倒风险自我评估表》指导患者开展自我评估,并进行多元化预防跌倒健康教育和管理。比较2组对跌倒风险及防范的认知水平、遵医行为及跌倒发生率;对比观察组患者在实施干预前、后跌倒风险自我评估相符程度。结果观察组患者干预后的跌倒风险及防范认知、防跌倒遵医行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组跌倒发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者干预后跌倒风险自我评估的相符程度高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论护患协同评估结合多元化宣教可明显提高老年患者对跌倒风险及防范的认知度,降低跌倒行为隐患及发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the impact of nurse-patient collaborative evaluation plus diversified educations on the elderly patient's fall risk consciousness and prevention management.Methods 300 elderly patients with high fall risks were randomly divided into control group(150 cases)and observation group(150 cases).The control group adopted the conventional health education and management;Through Fall Risk Self-assessment Scale,the observation group adopted the self-assessment,and diversified health education and management.The fall risk and prevention consciousness levels,treatment compliance and falling rates were compared.Before and after intervention,the accordance rate of assessing the falling risks was elaborated.Results The fall risk and prevention consciousness levels,treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the falling rates between groups were significantly different(P<0.05);the accordance rate of assessing the falling risks in the observation group was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-patient collaborative evaluation combined with diversified educations can improve the elderly patient's fall risk and prevention consciousness levels,and reduce the falling behaviors and rates.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
