摘　　要：目的探讨对无痛分娩的初产妇实施多模式分层心理护理的干预效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年11月兴国县妇幼保健院收治的66例无痛分娩初产妇为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组各33例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用多模式分层心理护理,对比2组干预效果。结果入院24 h观察组的PPS评分、分娩恐惧评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.94%明显高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩的初产妇实施多模式分层心理护理干预,可有效缓解其不良心理状态,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the intervention effect of multi-mode stratified psychological nursing on primipara with painless delivery.Methods Sixty-six cases of primiparas with painless delivery admitted from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,33 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multi-mode stratified psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results 24 h after admission,the PPS score,fear of childbirth score,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 93.94% satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(75.76%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multi-mode hierarchical psychological nursing intervention for primipara with painless delivery can effectively alleviate the adverse psychological state of puerpera and improve nursing satisfaction.
