整体护理模式在卵巢巧克力囊肿患者中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者实施整体护理的效果。方法选取62例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者随机分成试验组与对照组各31例,2组均采取手术治疗,对照组给予常规护理,试验组则给予整体护理。比较2组护理效果。结果2组患者手术当日的SAS、SDS评分均较入院时降低,且试验组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者围术期给予整体护理干预,有助于缓解其负性情绪,提高护理满意度,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing model in patients with ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods 62 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,31 cases in each group,the two groups were treated by surgery,the control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given holistic nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups on the day of operation were lower than that at the time of admission,while the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of 96.77% in the experimental group at the time of discharge was significantly higher than that of 80.64% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian chocolate cyst,holistic nursing intervention during the operation is helpful to alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
