髋关节术后艾灸护理对预防湿疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸护理对预防髋关节置换术后并发湿疹的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在会昌县中医院行髋关节置换术的患者60例,按简单随机法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(艾灸护理),每组各30例。记录统计2组患者在院期间及出院后2个月的湿疹发生率,皮肤病生活质量评分(DLQI),住院时间,根据患者DLQI评分评价预防有效率。结果对照组在院期间及出院后2个月湿疹发生率均高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组DLQI评分更低、住院时间更长,预防有效率为63.33%,明显低于观察组的93.33%(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规护理,对髋关节术后患者施以艾灸护理,更有利于降低湿疹发生率,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion nursing on preventing eczema after hip replacement.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,60 patients undergoing hip replacement surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group(routine care)and an observation group(moxibustion care)according to a simple random method.30 cases.The incidence of eczema,dermatological quality of life score(DLQI),and length of stay in the two groups of patients during the hospitalization and 2 months after discharge were recorded and counted.The effective prevention rate was evaluated according to the DLQI score of the patients.Results The incidence of eczema in the control group during hospitalization and 2 months after discharge was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05);the control group had a lower DLQI score,longer hospital stay,and the preventive effective rate was 63.33%,which was significantly lower than the observation group.93.33% of the group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional care,moxibustion care for patients after hip joint surgery is more conducive to reducing the incidence of eczema,improving the quality of life of patients,shortening the hospital stay,and reducing the economic burden of patients.
