摘  要:目的探讨尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾脏病3~5期患者钙磷代谢、肾功能及微炎症状况的影响。方法选择2019年3月至2020年3月成都市双流区中医医院门诊收治的88例慢性肾脏病3~5期患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予尿毒清颗粒口服治疗,两组患者均连续治疗2个月。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗2个月后钙磷指标、血清肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平及治疗2个月后的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的血钙水平为(2.82±0.40) mmol/L,明显高于对照组的(2.37±0.28) mmol/L,血磷水平为(1.63±0.34) mmol/L,明显低于对照组的(1.90±0.18) mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸水平分别为(9.24±2.20) mmol/L、(350.34±41.05)μmol/L、(380.07±25.81) mmol/L,明显低于对照组患者的(11.47±2.15) mmol/L、(372.18±35.90)μmol/L、(396.45±22.39) mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血清CRP、PCT水平分别为(12.60±2.18) mg/L、(0.64±0.08)μg/L,明显低于对照组的(15.45±1.71) mg/L、(0.97±0.06)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒能显著改善慢性肾脏病3~5期患者钙磷代谢絮乱的状态,调节肾功能指标,降低机体的微炎症反应。Objective To study effect of Niaoduqing granules on calcium and phosphorus metabolism, renal function and microinflammation in patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 88 patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease, who admitted to Outpatient Department, Shuangliu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Chengdu from March 2019 to March 2020, were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given oral treatment with Niaoduqing granules on the basis of the control group. Patients in both groups were treated for 2 months continuously. The changes of calcium and phosphorus index, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, serum uric acid, serum C-reactive protein(CRP), and procalcitonin(PCT) levels before and 2 months after treatment, and the adverse reactions after 2 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the blood calcium levels in the observation group was(2.82±0.40) mmol/L, which was significantly higher than(2.37±0.28) mmol/L in the control group;the blood phosphorus levels was(1.63±0.34) mmol/L, which was significantly lower than(1.90±0.18) mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the urea nitrogen, blood creatinine and blood uric acid levels in the observation group were(9.24±2.20)mmol/L,(350.34±41.05) μmol/L, and(380.07±25.81) mmol/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than corresponding(11.47±2.15) mmol/L,(372.18±35.90) μmol/L,(396.45±22.39) mmol/L in the control group(all P<0.05);after treatment, the serum CRP and PCT levels in the observation group were(12.60 ± 2.18) mg/L,(0.64 ±0.08) μg/L, which were significantly lower than corresponding(15.45±1.71) mg/L and(0.97±0.06) μg/L in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).
