摘 要:反刍动物与猪、家禽等单胃动物不同,其具有复杂的复胃系统,有利于消化吸收粗饲料。反刍动物采食的饲粮进入瘤胃后,经过瘤胃微生物厌氧发酵,不可避免地产生甲烷,这将直接造成饲粮能量的损耗。另外,甲烷属于温室气体并且其增温潜势远高于二氧化碳,也将加剧全球气候变暖。反刍动物甲烷的减排研究已成为当下研究热点之一,甲烷检测方法是必备工具,显得尤为重要。因此,本文将综述反刍动物甲烷排放量的间接测定方法的应用现状,为合理选用测定方法提供理论依据。Ruminants are different from monogastric animals such as pigs and poultry in that they have a complex gastric system that facilitates the digestion and absorption of roughage.After the rations eaten by ruminants enter the rumen,they will inevitably produce methane through anaerobic fermentation of rumen microorganisms,which will directly cause the loss of dietary energy.In addition,methane is a greenhouse gas and its warming potential is much higher than that of carbon dioxide,which will also exacerbate global warming.The research on methane emission reduction of ruminants has become one of the current research hotspots,and methane detection methods are essential tools,which are particularly important.Therefore,this article reviewed the application status of indirect measurement methods for ruminant methane emissions,and provided a theoretical basis for the rational selection of measurement methods.
