摘  要:本试验旨在研究桑叶黄酮(FML)对巴马香猪组织器官发育以及肝脏与肾脏中常规营养成分、氨基酸和中长链脂肪酸组成及含量的影响。试验选择体重为(45.11±4.23)kg的育肥期巴马香猪杂交后代60头,随机分为5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮基础上添加0.02%、0.04%、0.08%和0.16%FML。试验期67 d,包括7 d预试期和60 d正试期。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加FML对育肥猪头、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏和板油重量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)随着饲粮FML添加水平的提高,育肥猪肝脏中粗脂肪含量逐渐降低,其中0.16%FML组肝脏中粗脂肪含量显著低于对照组和0.02%FML组(P<0.05)。3)饲粮添加FML降低了育肥猪肝脏中大部分氨基酸含量,其中0.04%FML组肝脏中酪氨酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各组育肥猪肾脏中所有氨基酸含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。4)饲粮添加FML线性提高了育肥猪肝脏中十五烷酸甲酯(C15∶0)含量(P<0.05),二次提高了肝脏中棕榈油酸(C16∶1)、十七烷酸(C17∶0)、花生酸(C20∶0)、二十碳四烯酸(C20∶4n6)和饱和脂肪酸(SFA)(P<0.05),二次降低了肝脏中亚麻酸(C18∶3n6)、二十四烷酸(C24∶0)、不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)和n-6 PUFA含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加添加FML二次提高了育肥猪肾脏中C15∶0、C18∶3n6、α-亚麻酸(C18∶3n3)和n-3 PUFA含量(P<0.05),二次降低了肾脏中肉豆蔻酸(C14∶0)和C16∶1含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加适宜水平的FML可改善育肥猪肝脏中原有的脂质代谢情况,具有一定的降脂作用;饲粮添加FML降低了肝脏中大多数氨基酸的含量;FML对育肥猪肝脏和肾脏中SFA和UFA的影响差异较大,但添加适宜水平的FML均可以提高肝脏和肾脏中部分PUFA的含量,降低部分SFA的含量,因此在动物生产中应合理控制FML的添加水平,以获得肝脏和肾脏等器官内较In order to study the effects of flavonoids from mulberry leaves(FML)on the tissue and organ development,composition and contents of conventional nutrients,amino acids and medium-long chain fatty acids in liver and kidney of Bama mini-pigs,a total of 60 crossbred progenies of Bama mini-pigs at fattening stage with body weight of(45.11±4.23)kg were randomly assigned into five groups consisted of three replicates each with four pigs per replicate.The pigs in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.02%,0.04%,0.08%and 0.16%FML,respectively.The experiment lasted for 67 days,including a 7-day pre-trial period and a 60-day trial period.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary FML had no significant effects on the weights of head,heart,liver,spleen,kidney and suet of fattening pigs(P>0.05).2)With the increase of FML supplemental level,the ether extract content in liver of fattening pigs was decreased,and the ether extract content in liver in 0.16%FML group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the 0.02%FML group(P<0.05).3)Dietary FML reduced the most amino acid contents in liver of fattening pigs.The tyrosine content in liver in 0.04%FML group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);while all amino acid contents in kidney among all groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).4)Dietary FML linearly increased the methyl pentadecanoate(C15∶0)content in liver of fattening pigs(P<0.05),quadratically increased the contents of palmitoleic acid(C16∶1),heptadecanoic acid(C17∶0),arachic acid(C20∶0),eicosatetraenoic acid(C20∶4n6)and saturated fatty acid(SFA)in liver(P<0.05),and quadratically decreased the contents of linolenic acid(C18∶3n6),tetracosanoic acid(C24∶0),unsaturated fatty acid(UFA),polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)and n-6 PUFA in liver(P<0.05).Dietary FML quadratically increased the contents of C15∶0,C18∶3n6,α-linolenic acid(C18∶3n3)and n-3
