摘 要:本试验通过分析泌乳奶牛血浆嘌呤衍生物含量与产奶性能、瘤胃发酵参数及血浆生化指标的相关性,揭示影响血浆嘌呤衍生物含量的因素。试验选取284头泌乳日龄为24~77 d、胎次为2胎的健康荷斯坦奶牛,记录产奶量并分别采集奶样、瘤胃液和血液,检测血浆嘌呤衍生物含量、产奶性能、瘤胃发酵参数及血浆生化指标。结果表明:1)泌乳日龄、乳蛋白产量、产奶量与血浆嘌呤衍生物含量呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)瘤胃异戊酸、戊酸含量与血浆嘌呤衍生物含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),瘤胃丁酸含量与血浆嘌呤衍生物含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。3)血浆Δ15 N和肌酐含量与血浆嘌呤衍生物含量呈显著或极显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),血浆游离脂肪酸、葡萄糖含量与血浆嘌呤衍生物含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。由此可见,影响血浆嘌呤衍生物含量的因素主要包括:泌乳日龄、乳蛋白产量、产奶量,瘤胃异戊酸、戊酸、丁酸含量,血浆Δ15 N和肌酐、游离脂肪酸、葡萄糖含量。The purpose of this experiment was to reveal the factors influencing plasma purine derivatives contents by analyzing the correlation of plasma purine derivatives contents with milk performance,rumen fermentation parameters and plasma biochemical indices of lactating dairy cows.A total of 284 healthy Holstein dairy cows with lactation days of 24 to 77 days and parity 2 were selected,the milk yield was recorded and milk samples,rumen fluids and blood were collected,and the plasma purine derivatives contents,milk performance,rumen fermentation parameters and plasma biochemical indices were measured.The results showed as followed:1)the lactation days,milk protein yield and milk yield were positively correlated with plasma purine derivatives contents(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2)The rumen isovalerate and valerate contents were negatively correlated with plasma purine derivatives contents(P<0.01),and the rumen butyrate content was positively correlated with plasma purine derivatives contents(P<0.05).3)The plasmaΔ15 N and creatinine content were negatively correlated with plasma purine derivatives contents(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the plasma free fatty acids and glucose contents were positively correlated with plasma purine derivatives(P<0.01).In conclusion,the main factors affecting the plasma purine derivatives contents are as follows:the lactation days,milk protein yield and milk yield,the rumen isovalerate,valerate and butyrate contents,and the plasmaΔ15 N and creatinine,free fatty acids and glucose contents.
