基 金:酶解鱼粉(酶解鱼蛋白)在黄颡鱼饲料中的应用研究资助(P113410618)。
摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲料中酶解鱼溶浆粉(SHM)、超微酶解鱼溶浆粉(TSHM)、酶解虾溶浆粉(SPM)和酶解鱿鱼内脏溶浆粉(HSVM)替代鱼粉后对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)生长性能、鱼体生理健康的影响。以含30.0%鱼粉饲料为对照组(FM组),按照鱼粉蛋白含量的35.0%、55.0%和75.0%分别添加各种酶解溶浆粉,得到分别含10.4%(SHM1组)、16.4%(SHM2组)和22.2%SHM(SHM3组),分别含9.9%(TSHM1组)、15.5%(TSHM2组)和21.2%TSHM(TSHM3组),分别含13.0%(SPM1组)、20.3%(SPM2组)和28.0%SPM(SPM3组),以及含27.0%鱼粉+3.0%HSVM(HSVM组)的共11种等氮等脂试验饲料。选取初始体重为(17.64±0.14)g的黄颡鱼幼鱼1320尾,随机分成11组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾。试验期8周。结果表明:1)与FM组相比,HSVM组的特定生长率(SGR)增加了12.52%(P>0.05),饲料系数(FCR)下降了12.67%(P>0.05);HSVM组的蛋白沉积率(PRR)显著升高(P<0.05),而脂肪沉积率(FRR)差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)与FM组相比,SHM1、TSHM1组的SGR分别下降了8.15%和5.98%(P>0.05),FCR分别增加了14.93%和10.41%(P>0.05);SHM1、TSHM1组的PRR分别降低了13.76%和24.30%(P>0.05),FRR分别降低了34.25%和71.66%(P<0.05);SPM1组的SGR降低了22.28%(P<0.05)。3)与FM组相比,SHM1、TSHM1和SPM1组的鱼体水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05),鱼体粗蛋白质和粗灰分含量显著增加(P<0.05),鱼体粗脂肪含量显著下降(P<0.05)。与FM组相比,HSM1、TSHM1和HSVM组的肥满度(CF)、脏体比(VSI)和肝体比(HSI)均无显著差异(P>0.05),而SHM3和SPM3组的CF、VSI和HSI均显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与FM组相比,SHM3、TSHM3、SPM1、SPM2和SPM3组的血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著下降(P<0.05),SHM3、SPM2和SPM3组的血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量显著升高(P<0.05),SHM2、TSHM2、SPM3和HSVM组的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著升高(P<0.05),SHM3和SPM3组的血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著升高(P<0.05),TSHM1、TSHM2、TSHM3、SPM1、HSVM组的血清总胆汁酸(TBA)含量This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary hydrolysate stickwater meal(SHM),total hydrolysate stickwater meal with superfine grinding(TSHM),hydrolysate shrimp paste meal(SPM)and hydrolysate squid viscera meal(HSVM)replace fish meal on growth performance and body physiological health of yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco).A diet contained 30.0%fish meal was used as the control group(FM group),according to 35.0%,55.0%and 75.0%of the fish meal protein content,different kinds of enzymolysis starch were added,and 11 kinds of isonitrogenous and isolipidemic experimental diets were as follows:contained 10.4%(SHM1 group),16.4%(SHM2 group)and 22.2%SHM(SHM3 group),respectively;contained 9.9%(TSHM1 group),15.5%(TSHM2 group)and 21.2%TSHM(TSHM3 group),respectively;contained 13.0%(SPM1 group),20.3%(SPM2 group)and 28.0%SPM(SPM3 group),respectively;and contained 27.0%fish meal+3.0%HSVM(HSVM group).A total of 1320 juvenile yellow catfish with an initial weight of(17.64±0.14)g were randomly divided into 11 groups with 3 replicates per group and 40 fish per replicate.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with FM group,the specific growth rate(SGR)of HSVM group increased by 12.52%(P>0.05),the feed conversion rate(FCR)decreased by 12.67%(P>0.05);the protein retention rate(PRR)of HSVM group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the fat retention rate(FRR)was no significant difference(P>0.05).2)Compared with FM group,the SGR of SHM1 and TSHM1 groups was decreased by 8.15%and 5.98%(P>0.05),and the FCR was increased by 14.93%and 10.41%(P>0.05);the PRR of SHM1 and TSHM1 groups was decreased by 13.76%and 24.30%(P>0.05),and the FRR was decreased by 34.25%and 71.66%(P<0.05);the SGR of SPM1 group was decreased by 22.28%(P<0.05).3)Compared with FM group,the whole body moisture content of SHM1,TSHM1 and SPM1 groups was no significant difference(P>0.05),the whole body crude protein and ash contents were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the whole body ether extract content was si
