摘 要:针对臭氧技术在电厂循环冷却水系统的工程应用,对其阻垢、缓蚀效果进行了研究。通过气水高效传质、DO_(3)控制等关键工艺设计,成功在电厂循环水系统应用,项目运行结果表明:采用臭氧技术改造后,实际运行数据显示,660MW超超临界机组的夏季运行真空和端差数据稳定,且趋势稳中趋优:真空处于-(89~95)kPa范围内,95%以上的端差处于0.5~3.5℃范围内;运行53天后进行凝汽器性能试验,结果显示凝汽器端差改善28.27%、凝汽器压力改善8.21%、低压凝汽器清洁系数提高29.51%、高压凝汽器清洁系数提高29.92%,阻垢效果良好,有助于全厂节能降耗;臭氧技术处理后的循环水浊度、COD、氨氮等各项指标均优于国标要求,且细菌总数<3000CFU/mL,降低生物污垢存在风险;不锈钢腐蚀速率远小于0.005mm/a、总铁远小于0.5mg/L、总铜未检出、pH在7~9范围内,实现良好的缓蚀效果。臭氧技术处理循环冷却水,绿色环保的同时具有显著的环境社会效益和一定的经济效益。该技术应用研究成果可为电厂循环冷却水处理提供高效、低成本的“零”外排新思路。According to the engineering application of ozone technology in the circulating cooling water system of power plants,the scale and corrosion inhibition effects are studied.Through the key process design of high-efficiency gas-water mass transfer,DO_(3) control,etc.,it has been successfully applied in the circulating water system of thermal power plants.The project operation results show that after adopting ozone technology transformation,the actual operating data shows that the summer operating vacuum and terminal difference data of the 660MW ultra-supercritical unit are stable and tending to be much better:the vacuum is in the range of-(89~95)kPa,and more than 95%of the terminal difference is in the range of 0.5~3.5℃;condenser performance test after 53 days of operation,the results show that the end difference of the condenser is improved by 28.27%,the condenser vacuum is improved by 8.21%,the low-pressure condenser cleaning coefficient is increased by 29.51%,the high-pressure condenser cleaning coefficient is increased by 29.92%,and the scale inhibition effect is good,which helps the thermol power plant to save energy and reduce consumption.After ozone technology treatment,the circulating water turbidity,COD,ammonia nitrogen and other indicators are better than the national standard requirements,and the total number of bacteria is less than 3000CFU/mL,which reduces the risk of biological fouling.The corrosion rate of stainless steel is far less than 0.005mm/a,the total iron is far less than 0.5mg/L,the total copper is not detected,and the pH is within the range of 7~9,achieving good corrosion inhibition effects.The ozone stechnology treats circulating cooling water,which is environmentally friendly and has significant environmental and social benefits and certain economic benefits.The research results of the application of this technology can provide a new idea of"zero"discharge with high efficiency and low cost for circulating cooling water treatment in power plants.
