摘　　要：目的通过德尔菲专家咨询构建腹膜透析患者健康教育内容框架,为临床护理宣教及患者居家护理提供参考。方法2019年9—11月,在综合国内外相关指南及操作标准的基础上,对15名从事腹膜透析及肾内科临床及管理工作的医护专家进行了2轮咨询,以构建腹膜透析患者健康教育相关内容框架。结果2轮咨询专家的积极系数均为100%,专家的判断依据、熟悉程度、权威系数分别为0.867、0.840和0.854,第2轮咨询一级与二级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.304和0.442(P<0.001)。最终形成包括6项一级条目、22项二级条目的腹膜透析患者健康教育内容框架。结论腹膜透析患者健康教育内容框架的形成基于国内外相关指南及标准操作流程,并经过2轮专家咨询修订,整体过程规范、可信,对于指导临床护士系统地开展健康教育、促进患者全面掌握腹膜透析相关知识、确保居家透析安全有较好的指导意义。Objective To construct a health education framework for peritoneal dialysis patients based on Delphi expert consultation method,providing a reference for clinical nursing education and home care.Methods From September to November 2019,on the basis of both domestic and foreign guidelines and standard operating procedures,15 medical and nursing experts engaged in peritoneal dialysis and clinical and management work in the Nephrology Department received 2 rounds of consultation to construct a health education framework for peritoneal dialysis patients.Results From September to November 2019,on the basis of both domestic and foreign guidelines and standard operating procedures,15 medical and nursing experts engaged in peritoneal dialysis and clinical and management work in the Nephrology Department received 2 rounds of consultation to construct a health education framework for peritoneal dialysis patients.Conclusions The construction of a health education framework for peritoneal dialysis patients is based on domestic and foreign guidelines and standard operating procedures.After 2 rounds of expert consultation and revision,the whole process of health education is standardized and reliable.It is of guiding significance for clinical nurses to carry out systematic health education,encourage patients to acquire peritoneal dialysis-related knowledge and ensure the safety of home dialysis.
