摘　　要：游客注重旅游中的灵活性和便捷性,对目的地自助旅游服务的需求日益增加,研究国家及地区政策依据、旅游行业市场依据、国内学术依据建立甘肃省自助旅游服务体系,围绕旅游核心服务、旅游信息服务、旅游保障服务、旅游惠民服务等四个方面的56项指标,对甘肃省的自助旅游服务体系进行游客感知调查,采用了IPA分析方法完善甘肃省的自助旅游服务体系。Nowadays,tourists have increasing demand for self-help travel service and concern the flexibility and convenience of the tourist destination.This paper makes a study on how to establish self-service tourist service system in Gansu province based on national and regional policies,tourism industry market and domestic academic research,makes an investigation on tourists’perception in the self-service tourism service system concerning 56 indicators in the four aspects:core services,information service,security service,people-benefit service,and discusses ways of improve the self-service tourism service system by adopting IPA analysis method.
