摘 要:以假紫万年青(Belosynapsis ciliata)、细竹蒿草(Murdannia simplex)、牛轭草(Murdannia loriformis)和铺地锦竹草(Callisia repens)4种鸭跖草科植物为试验材料,设置不同遮荫处理,测定光合色素、花色素苷和渗透调节物质含量及其相关酶活性等生理指标,探讨遮荫对4种植物生长和叶色变化的影响。结果表明,假紫万年青、细竹蒿草花色素苷含量与抗氧化酶和花色素苷相关酶活性呈显著或极显著相关,与叶绿素及丙二醛含量呈显著负相关。牛轭草、铺地锦竹草花色素苷含量与其他生理指标均无显著相关性。由此可见,与牛轭草和铺地锦竹草相比,花色素苷含量高的假紫万年青、细竹蒿草可能具有更强的抗高光和耐荫能力。Four Commelinaceae species of Belosynapsis ciliata,Murdannia simplex,Murdannia loriformis and Callisia repens were selected as experimental materials and several indices including the photosynthetic pigment content,anthocyanin content,osmotic adjustment substance content and related enzyme activities were measured under different shading stress to explore the effects of shading on the growth and leaf color change of four plants.The results showed that the anthocyanin content of Belosynapsis ciliata and Murdannia simplex was significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with the activities of antioxidant enzymes and anthocyanin-related enzymes,and was significantly negatively correlated with the content of chlorophyll and MDA.There was no significant correlation between the anthocyanin content of Murdannia loriformis and Callisia repensand and other physiological indices.This indicated that Belosynapsis ciliata and Murdannia simplex with high anthocyanin content had a higher ability in anti-high light and shading tolerance than Murdannia loriformis and Callisia repens.
