摘 要:数字时代,随着新一代数字技术的创新应用,国内外涌现出了大量商务信用体系创新案例。运用案例研究方法,从市场信用领域和公共信用领域对数字时代的商务信用体系创新进行系统分析,总结出体系创新模式,揭示数字时代商务信用体系创新的特征是全链条、全覆盖、全过程和平台化。针对中国商务信用体系创新中存在的法律法规建设滞后、数据归集共享不足、区域间发展不平衡等问题,建议在健全信用法规制度、优化商务信用数据平台、构筑信用数据市场化流动体系、加强各方创新协同、扩大商务信用应用领域等方面综合施策。In the digital era,with the innovative application of new generation digital technology,a large number of cases of business credit system innovation have emerged at home and abroad.Using the case study method,this article systematically analyzes the innovation of business credit system in the digital era from the market credit field and public credit field,summarizes the system innovation model,and reveals that the characteristics of business credit system innovation in the digital era are full chain,full coverage,full process and platformization.In view of the problems of lagging construction of laws and regulations,insufficient data collection and sharing,and unbalanced development among regions in the innovation of China’s business credit system,it is recommended that comprehensive measures should be taken in improving credit regulations and systems,optimizing business credit data platforms,constructing a market-oriented credit data flow system,strengthening innovation and coordination among all parties,and expanding the application fields of business credit.
