摘 要:提出了基于北斗RDSS的应急播报系统设计思路。针对当前应急播报系统面对空中袭击、生化威胁等军事灾难时,存在通信手段单一、链路不可靠、与其他平台不连通等问题,提出了支持北斗定位、短报文、4G、FM和短波电台等多种通信模式的应急播报终端及系统,具备应急警报、语音播报、语音合成、时间同步、定时播放和在线直播等功能,显著提升了当前应急播报系统的可靠性及可用性。The design idea of emergency broadcasting system based on Beidou RDSS is put forward.In view of the problems existing in the current emergency broadcasting system in the face of military disasters such as air attack and biochemical threat,such as single communication means,unreliable link and lack of connectivity with other platforms.An emergency broadcasting terminal and system supporting Beidou Positioning,short message,4G,FM,short wave radio and other communication modes is proposed,with emergency alarm,voice broadcasting,voice synthesis.The functions of time synchronization,regular broadcasting and online live broadcasting have significantly improved the reliability and availability of the current emergency broadcasting system.
