整形美容技术在鼻外伤修复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨整形美容技术在鼻外伤修复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月盘锦市中心医院耳鼻喉科收治的72例鼻外伤患者作为研究对象,并按照治疗方法将其分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例),观察组患者采用整形美容技术予以修复,对照组患者采用传统手术予以修复,对比两组患者临床疗效及修复满意度。结果修复后,观察组患者中显效23例、有效12例、无效1例,临床总有效率为97.22%,明显优于对照组患者的显效15例、有效15例、无效6例,临床总有效率83.33%(Z=-2.173,P=0.030)。观察组患者中非常满意20例、基本满意14例、不满意2例,总满意度为94.44%,明显优于对照组患者的非常满意12例、基本满意16例、不满意8例,总满意度77.78%。结论给予鼻外伤患者整形美容技术进行修复,可获得更理想的修复效果,有助于提升患者满意度。Objective To investigate the efficacy of plastic surgical techniques in the repair of nasal trauma.Methods 72 patients with nasal trauma admitted into the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Panjin Central Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled,and divided into observation group(n=36)treated with plastic surgical techniques,and control group(n=36)treated with conventional surgical techniques.The clinical efficacy and patients’satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results In observation group,the repair operation was markedly effective in 23 cases,effective in 12 cases and ineffective in 1 case,total clinical effective rate was 97.22%,obviously better than control group(Z=-2.173,P=0.030)in which total clinical effective rate was 83.33%,and the operation was markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 15 cases and ineffective in 6 cases.In observation group,20 cases were very satisfied,14 cases were basically satisfied and 2 cases were unsatisfied,the total satisfaction degree was 94.44%,significantly higher than control group in which total satisfaction degree was 77.78%,and 12 cases were very satisfied,16 cases were basically satisfied and 8 cases were unsatisfied.Conclusion Repairing nasal trauma with plastic surgical techniques can realize much ideal clinical efficacy and help improve patients’satisfaction.
