湿润烧伤膏联合云南白药保留灌肠在轻中度脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏联合云南白药保留灌肠治疗轻中度脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月湖北省中医院收治的68例轻中度脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为试验组(34例)和对照组(34例),试验组患者局部行湿润烧伤膏联合云南白药保留灌肠治疗,对照组患者局部行康复新液联合生理盐水保留灌肠治疗,对比两组患者简化结肠炎疾病活动指数(SCCAI)评分、炎症性肠病生存质量问卷(IBDQ)评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,试验组患者SCCAI中的各项指标评分均明显低于对照组(t=2.299、2.538、2.365、2.554、2.504,P=0.025、0.013、0.021、0.013、0.015),IBDQ中的各项指标评分均明显高于对照组(t=2.167、2.930、3.331、2.073,P=0.034、0.005、0.001、0.042);试验组患者中痊愈10例、有效22例、无效2例,总有效率为94.1%,明显优于对照组患者的痊愈3例、有效27例、无效4例,总有效率88.2%(Z=-2.121,P=0.034)。结论湿润烧伤膏联合云南白药保留灌肠能够显著改善轻中度脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with Yunnan Baiyao retention enema in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.Methods 68 patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis of the type of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled,and divided into experiment group(n=34)and control group(n=34)using random number table.The local wounds of patients in experiment group were treated with MEBO and Yunnan Baiyao retention enema,whereas the control group were treated with Kangfuxin Solution combined with Normal Saline retention enema.The changes of simple clinical colitis activity index(SCCAI)score and inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire(IBDQ)score,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of SCCAI in experiment group were all obviously lower than control group(t=2.299,2.538,2.365,2.554,2.504,P=0.025,0.013,0.021,0.013,0.015),and the scores of IBDQ indexes were significantly higher than control group(t=2.167,2.930,3.331,2.073,P=0.034,0.005,0.001,0.042).In experiment group,10 cases were cured,22 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.1%,significantly better than control group(Z=-2.121,P=0.034),in which 3 cases were cured,27 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.2%.Conclusion The combination of MEBO and Yunnan Baiyao retention enema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis of the type of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,enhancing the quality of life of patients.
