摘　　要：云南某选矿厂细粒锡石浮选,采用TL-1捕收剂,单位药剂消耗量大,单价高,配药需要沸水,储药要保温。针对这一现状,通过开展不同种类捕收剂对比试验,筛选出高效、低耗、价优、配药储药比较方便的SN-2与TL-1混合捕收剂,可在减少药剂用量、降低药剂成本的同时,获得较好的精矿品位和回收率。TL-1 collector is used in flotation of fine cassiterite from a concentrator in Yunnan.The unit consumption of medicament is large and the unit price is high.Boiling water is required for dispensing and heat preservation is required for storage.In view of this situation,SN-2 with high efficiency,low consumption,good price,convenient dispensing and storage was screened out through the comparative test of different collectors.When mixed with TL-1,SN-2 can reduce the dosage and cost of reagents,and obtain better concentrate grade and recovery rate.
