摘  要:随着对钼市场需求量的增大,钼尾矿逐年聚积,弃用的钼尾矿不仅对生态环境造成潜在的隐患,也严重制约了企业及社会的经济发展。由于钼尾矿中含有大量碳酸盐和硅酸盐等,从中回收非金属矿物是矿产综合利用的一个重要环节,可缓解尾矿堆存问题。综合评述了钼尾矿的资源特点以及从钼尾矿综合回收非金属矿如方解石、白云石、云母、金红石等的生产工艺、研究现状及进展,提出了回收过程中存在的一些问题,同时也针对目前存在的问题提出了合理化建议。With the increase in of molybdenum market demand,molybdenum tailings accumulated year by year.The abandoned molybdenum tailings not only cause potential hidden dangers to the ecological environment,but also severely restrict the economic development of enterprises and society.Since molybdenum tailings contain a large amount of carbonate minerals and silicate minerals and so on,the recovery of non-metallic minerals is an important part of the comprehensive utilization of minerals,which can alleviate the tailings stacking problem.In this paper,the resource characteristics of molybdenum tailings and the production process,research status and progress of comprehensive recovery of non-metallic minerals such as the comprehensive recovery of calcite,dolomite,mica and rutile were reviewed.Some problems in the recovery process were discussed,and reasonable suggestions were also put forward.
