摘  要:使用钢制流道的轴流泵站方案,具有施工方便、不易开裂、使用寿命长等优点,然其复杂水力条件引起的钢制薄壁结构流激振动问题亟待解决。在解决这一类问题时,流固耦合数值仿真计算中CAD和CAE两大技术通常独立应用,造成了其过程效率较低、成本较高、周期较长等。引入CAD/CAE一体化系统,实现泵站钢制流道仿真模拟的精准建模,并利用CAD/CAE交互接口进行钢制流道结构优化初步实践。结果表明,CAD/CAE一体化系统实现了水利水电工程中特定流固耦合数值仿真问题的精准建模和快速优化设计,大大提高了水利水电工程中设计-分析-优化过程的效率。The novel axial-flow pumping station scheme with steel-made runner comparatively has shown many edges such as its convenient construction,crack-proof performance,and long service life.However,the vibration of the structure caused by hydraulic excitation is of great concern and worthy of investigation.In solving this kind of problem,numerical simulation through fluid-structure interaction analysis is a trendy research topic.However,the CAD and CAE technologies are usually applied independently,making the process inefficient,long-term and high-cost.With a CAD/CAE integration system applied in this paper,a precise simulation model was established and applied for the preliminary practice of structural optimization through the CAD/CAE interactive interface.The results turn out that the precise modeling and rapid optimization design of specific problems in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering projects are realized and the efficiency of the iterative design-analysis-optimization process is greatly improved,which helps provide a feasible and efficient analysis method for the optimization design for hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering projects.
