摘 要:目的:基于文献挖掘,总结大枣的研究现状及临床应用,为今后大枣的相关研究提供参考。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)数据库,以“大枣”为主题词,检索2000~2020年间的所有文献资料,并进行统计分类,分析各类别下的研究热点和应用方向。结果:截至2020年4月3日CNKI收录的关于大枣的文献中,主要包括大枣的临床应用研究、成份提取及含量测定研究、动物实验研究等内容。临床应用研究主要包括抗抑郁、胸腔积水辅助治疗等;成份提取主要有大枣多糖、水提物、总黄酮等;提取方法包括水提法、超声法、醇提法、萃取法、酸解法、酶解法等;动物实验主要包括药物药效研究、药物机制研究等。结论:大枣的现代研究以临床应用和动物实验研究居多,其成份研究呈现多样化趋势。大枣的研究内容广泛,但深度有限。未来关于大枣的探索应向纵深方向发展,加强对大枣药效物质基础以及药理作用机制等的深入研究。Objective:The research status and clinical application were summarized to provide references for the related research of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.based on the literature mining.Methods:All the data about Zizyphus jujuba Mill.from 2000 to 2020 was retrieved and classified statistically based on the database of China National Knowledge Network(CNKI).The research hotspots and clinical application of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.were analyzed.Results:As of April 3,2020,the literature about Zizyphus jujuba Mill.included in CNKI database,mainly includes clinical application,component extraction and content determination,animal experiment and so on.Clinical application research mainly includes antidepressant,assisted treatment of pleural effusion,etc.The main extraction components include Jujuba polysaccharide,water extract,total flavonoids and so on.The extraction methods include water extraction,ultrasonic extraction,alcohol extraction,extraction method,acid hydrolysis,enzyme hydrolysis,etc.Animal experiments mainly include drug efficacy study,mechanism research and other aspects.Conclusion:The modern research on Zizyphus jujuba Mill.mainly focuses on clinical application and animal experiment,and its components study shows a trend of diversification.The research content is extensive,but the depth is limited.In the future,the exploration of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.should be developed in depth,and in-depth research on the material basis and mechanism of pharmacodynamics should be strengthened.
