摘  要:污泥作为污水处理的副产物,存在含水率高、体积大、数量多、不易运输等问题,如何通过污泥干化缩小污泥的体积、降低它的含水率便成了污泥处理的首要目标。而污泥干化方法包括焚烧、微波干化、生石灰干化等方法,这些方法通常都会造成较大的能源消耗,而单纯的使用生石灰干化会导致出产的污泥碱性过高,不易于后续处理。基于此,提出了联合使用三氧化硫和生石灰进行污泥干化,并从物料的耗用、干化的效果及效率等方面进行了探讨。结果表明:利用生石灰配合三氧化硫联合干化产出的污泥性质温和,基本处于中性状态,后续的处理处置更为方便。且此种方法处理污泥,无需从外界获取热量,降低了能耗,最终的污泥产物中含有大量的硫酸钙即石膏类物质,可以在进行了深度除菌、去除有毒有害物质后应用到建筑行业中去,以尽可能高地将污泥的价值最大化。As a by-product of sewage treatment,the disposal of sludge has always been a problem that cannot be ignored.Due to the problems of high-water content,large volume,large quantity and difficult transportation of sludge,how to reduce the volume of sludge and reduce its water content through sludge drying has become the primary goal of sludge treatment.The usual sludge drying methods include incineration,microwave drying,quicklime drying and other methods.These methods usually cause greater energy consumption,and the simple use of quicklime drying will cause the produced sludge to be too alkaline and not easy to follow up treatment.In this paper,the combined use of sulfur trioxide and quicklime for sludge drying is proposed,and the material consumption,drying effect and efficiency are introduced.The sludge produced by combined drying with quicklime and sulfur trioxide is mild in nature and basically in a neutral state,which is more convenient for subsequent treatment and disposal.In addition,this method does not need to obtain heat from the outside world and reduces energy consumption.The final sludge product contains a large number of calcium sulfate(gypsum)substances,which can be applied to the construction industry after in-depth sterilization and removal of toxic and harmful substances,so as to maximize the value of sludge as high as possible.
