摘 要:研究乐粉3号樱桃番茄苗期、开花期、结果初期、结果盛期、结果末期5个生长阶段的各器官干物质积累动态及其分配规律,为樱桃番茄的高产高效栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:各器官单株干物质量、各生长阶段干物质量与整个生长阶段总干物质量的比值(占比)、各器官的积累速率及其分配率均呈现出先增加后降低的规律,但其最大值出现的时间不同,茎、叶单株干物质的最大值出现在结果盛期,占比和积累速率的最大值出现在结果初期至结果盛期,叶分配率的最大值出现在开花期至结果初期,茎分配率的最大值出现在结果初期至结果盛期;茎和整株最大增长速率出现的时间基本重叠;茎最大增长速率及其转运率远大于叶。综上,栽培上应提高干物质的最大增长速率及其持续时间,开花后要加强花期营养,保叶促茎。The dynamic changes and distribution of dry matter accumulation of cherry tomato Lefen 3(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)were observed at the stages of seedling,flowering,early fruitsetting,peak fruitsetting and late fruitsetting to provide reference for high-yielding cultivation of cherry tomato.The results showed that the dry matter weight of each organ per plant,the ratio of the dry matter weight at each growth stage to the total dry matter weight at all growth stages,the dry matter distribution rate of each organ and the dry matter accumulation rate tended to increase and then decrease,with their maximum values appearing at different stages.The maximum dry matter weight of the stem and leaf per plant appeared at the peak fruitsetting stage;the maximum ratio of the dry matter weight at each growth stage to the total dry matter weight at all growth stage and the dry matter distribution rate appeared at the stages from early to late fruitsetting;the dry matter distribution rate was maximum in leaves at the stages from flowering to early fruitsetting and in stems at the stages from early to peak fruitsetting.The time of the maximum increase rate of dry matter in the stem basically overlapped with that of the maximum increase rate of dry matter in the whole plant.The maximum increase rate and transportation rate of dry matter were significantly higher in the stem than in the leaf.It is concluded that the maximum increase rate of dry matter and its time duration should be increased when cherry tomato Lefen 3 is cultivated and that the nutrients should be strengthened in the plants at the flowering stage after flowering to facilitate the growth of the leaves and stems.
