摘　　要：目的:探讨新型留置针固定敷贴在外周静脉留置针固定中的有效性。方法:选取口腔颌面外科住院病人208例,按住院号奇偶数分为观察组103例和对照组105例,对照组使用3M透明敷贴,观察组使用新型留置针固定敷贴。比较2组病人留置针的平均留置时间、不同时间段内敷贴的累计卷边率及累计更换率。结果:观察组不同时段静脉留置针敷贴卷边累计值均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组平均留置时间为(60.63±22.51)h,明显少于对照组的(90.17±5.82)h(P<0.01)。观察组不同时段内静脉留置敷贴累计更换率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:新型留置针固定敷贴使用方便、价格低廉,并可有效降低留置针敷贴的卷边率、更换率,延长留置针平均留置时间,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of a new type of indwelling needle application in the peripheral vein indwelling needle fixation.Methods:A total of 208 inpatients in oral and maxillofacial surgery were investigated,and the patients were divided into the experimental group(103 cases)and control group(105 cases)according to odd and even numbers.The control group were treated with 3M transparent application,while the experimental group were treated with a new type of indwenting-needle fixation application.The average indwelling time of indwelling needle,cumulative curling rate and cumulative replacement rate of the application in different time periods were compared between two groups.Results:The cumulative curling value of venous indwelling needle at different time periods in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The mean indwelling time in the experimental group was(60.63±22.51)h,which was significantly lower than that in control group[(90.17±5.82)h](P<0.01).The cumulative replacement rate of the application in experimental group in different time periods was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The new type of indwelling needle fixation application is convenient to use,low in price,and it can effectively reduce the curling rate and replacement rate,and prolong the indwelling time of indwelling needle.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
