摘　　要：张仲景《伤寒论》中涉及大黄的方剂较多,应用疾病广泛。本文以《伤寒论》原文为基础,着重从条文主治来分析归纳大黄的炮制煎煮用法差异,总结出其炮制法主要有酒洗、酒浸、生用、去皮,煎服法有先煎、同煎、后下、麻沸汤渍之。本文从大黄的炮制煎煮方法来探究其应用特点,总结大黄在不同疾病中的应用规律,分析张仲景辨证论治的用药思想,以期挖掘经典,指导临床。Zhang zhongjing’s S h a n g h a n L u n involves more prescriptions of Rhubarb and is widely used in diseases.Based on the original text of S h a n g h a n L u n,this paper mainly summarizes the differences in the decoction usage of Rhubarb,to sum up,the processing methods include wine washing,wine soaking,raw,peeling and the decocting method has first decocted,with decocted,after the decocting,the boiling water brews.The application characteristics of Rhubarb were studied by the method of processing and decocting,summarizes the application rules of Rhubarb in different diseases,and analyzes Zhang zhongjing’s thoughts on treatment based on syndrome differentiation,so as to explore the classics and guide clinical practice.
