摘　　要：中风后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是中风病的严重并发症之一,发病率高,西医治疗PSD药物毒副作用大,且需长期服药,许多患者不能坚持而被迫停止治疗。刘玉洁教授发挥中医药优势,深入研究其病因病机,将其分型为胆郁痰扰证、肝胆郁热、枢机不利证、肝郁血虚证、肝肾阴虚证、气虚血瘀证进行辨证施治,临证中注重从痰瘀论治、标本同治,从肝胆论治,注重形神共治,取得了良好疗效。Post-stroke depression is one of the serious complications of stroke.The incidence is high.Western medicine treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD)drugs has great toxic and side effects and requires long-term medication.Many patients cannot be insisted and are forced to stop treatment.Professor Liu Yujie takes advantage of traditional Chinese medicine.In-depth study of its etiology and pathogenesis,and classify it into bile stagnation and phlegm disturbance syndrome,liver and gallbladder stagnation heat,cardinal adverse syndrome,liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.From the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis,the treatment of specimens,from the treatment of liver and gallbladder,focus on the treatment of form and spirit,and achieved good results.
