三石汤联合艾灸关元穴、毫米波技术治疗晚期肺癌的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析晚期肺癌患者行三石汤加减联合艾灸关元穴、毫米波治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月江西省兴国县中医院治疗的50例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象。采用单双号法分为试验组和对照组,每组25例,对照组行常规化疗,试验组在对照组的基础上行三石汤加减联合艾灸关元穴、毫米波治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后免疫功能相关指标的变化情况及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,试验组患者治疗总有效率72%(18/25)显著高于对照组40%(10/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者免疫功能相关指标CD^(4+)、CD^(56+)、CD^(8+)CD^(28+)均显著高于对照组,CD^(8+)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论为晚期肺癌患者行三石汤加减联合艾灸关元穴、毫米波治疗可改善其免疫功能,促进肿瘤吸收,临床疗效显著。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Sanshi decoction combined with moxibustion at Guanyuan(BL26)and millimeter wave therapy in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 50 patients with advanced lung cancer who came to Xingguo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were included in this study.According to the single and even number method as the standard,25 cases in the experimental group were treated with modified Sanshi decoction combined with moxibustion at Guanyuan(BL26)and conventional chemotherapy.25 cases in the control group received conventional chemotherapy.The changes of immune function related indexes and total effective rate were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group(72%,18/25)was significantly higher than that of control group(40%,10/25),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD^(4+),CD^(56+) and CD^(8+)CD^(28+) in experimental group were significantly higher than control group,while CD^(8+)was significantly lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Sanshi decoction combined with moxibustion at Guanyuan(BL26)and millimeter wave therapy can improve the immune function and promote tumor absorption for patients with advanced lung cancer.
