补气活血方治疗半月板损伤关节镜术后膝关节肿胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补气活血方治疗半月板损伤关节镜术后膝关节肿胀的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月南昌市洪都医院收治的60例膝半月板损伤行关节镜手术治疗术后膝关节肿胀患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组在其基础上采用补气活血方治疗。比较2组患者的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、患侧膝关节活动度、膝关节肿胀度、Lysholm评分及治疗总有效率。结果治疗组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的患侧膝关节活动度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的膝关节肿胀度低于对照组,膝关节Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补气活血方治疗半月板损伤关节镜术后膝关节肿胀,能缓解患者的疼痛和肿胀度,提高患者的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of invigorating qi and activating blood prescription on knee joint swelling after arthroscopic meniscus injury and its treatment mechanism.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,60 inpatients with knee meniscus injury diagnosed in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and undergoing arthroscopic surgery for postoperative knee swelling were selected according to the inclusion criteria.They were divided into the control group and the control group according to the random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group used invigorating qi and activating blood prescription on this basis.The pain index(VAS)score,joint range of motion,knee joint swelling and knee joint Lysholm score were used as clinical efficacy criteria.Results VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference wasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The knee motion ofthe treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee swelling degree in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the knee Lysholm score was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating qi and activating blood prescription can effectively eliminate knee swelling and pain in patients with meniscus injuryafter arthroscopy,which isconducive to the subsequent recoveryofpatientsand improvesthe qualityoflife.
