针刺联合按摩治疗产后缺乳临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合乳房按摩治疗肝郁气滞型产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法选择2018年3月-2019年9月就诊于北京市通州区中西医结合医院乳腺科门诊的120例肝郁气滞型产后缺乳患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上给予针刺联合乳房按摩治疗,3 d为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后,观察2组的临床疗效和治疗前后中医证候积分。结果治疗2个疗程后,治疗组的总有效率为93.33%(56/60),高于对照组的36.67%(22/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的中医证候积分改善且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合乳房按摩治疗肝郁气滞型产后缺乳的临床疗效显著,具有安全、有效、方便等特点,易被哺乳期妇女接受。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with breast massage in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type postpartum lactation.Methods From March 2018 to September 2019,120 patients who were diagnosed with liver depression and qi stagnation and postpartum lactation in Beijing Tongzhou District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with breast massage on the basis of routine care,3 days was a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups and the change of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score before and after treatment were compared.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(56/60),which was higher than that of the control group(36.67%(22/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two groups improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with breast massage has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type postpartum lactation.It has the characteristics of safety,effectiveness,convenience,and low toxicity and side effects.
