摘　　要：目的分析穴位按摩联合艾灸治疗危重症患者胃潴留的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月-2019年4月南昌市洪都中医院收治的98例胃潴留危重症患者作为研究对象,选取2017年3月-2018年3月收治的49例胃潴留危重症患者为参照组,采用穴位按摩治疗;选取2018年4月-2019年4月收治的49例胃潴留危重症患者为观察组,采用穴位按摩联合艾灸治疗。比较2组的胃潴留情况和营养相关指标。结果观察组的胃潴留量少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的前白蛋白、血浆白蛋白水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合艾灸治疗危重症患者胃潴留,可以减少危重症患者的胃潴留量,并改善患者的相关营养状况,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with moxibustion on improving gastric retention in critical patients.Methods In Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to April 2019,98 cases of patients with gastric retention of critically ill patients were selected as the research objects.Selection from March 2017 to March 2018 admitted during the period of 49 cases with gastric retention of critically ill patients as control group,and the acupuncture point massage treatment,selection from April 2018 to April 2019 admitted during the period of 49 cases with gastric retention of critically ill patients as observation group used the acupuncture point massage with moxibustion therapy.Gastric retention,nutrition related indicators were compared.Results The amount of gastric retention in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of prealbumin and plasma albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with moxibustion can significantly reduce gastric retention and improve the nutritional status of critical patients.
