雷火灸治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月-2020年6月大连市中医医院外科骨B病房收治的120例风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采取临床常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上采取雷火灸治疗。比较2组患者的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、僵硬评分、关节功能评分及临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者的VAS评分、僵硬评分及关节功能评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗总有效率为86%(43/50),高于对照组的66%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎,可以改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020 in Surgical Orthopedic Ward B of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,120 cases of knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clinical routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,stiffness score,joint function score and clinical treatment effect were compared between 2 groups.Results VAS score,stiffness score and joint function score in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86%(43/50),higher than that of the control group 66%(33/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional therapy has a significant clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
