摘  要:目的对芩柏涂膜剂的药效学进行初步探讨。方法将40只清洁级20~22 g健康雌性昆明种小鼠,适应性饲养后随机取10只作为对照组,除对照组腹腔注射0.01 m L/g生理盐水外,其余各组腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇注射液,每次0.01 mg/(g·d),每日1次,连续3 d。以使阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂周期停滞于有丝分裂中期为造模成功。将模型大鼠随机分为模型组、芩柏软膏组、芩柏涂膜剂组,每组10只。从第4天开始,除模型组外,其余各组阴道给药,芩柏涂膜剂(0.2 g生药/m L)给药量为0.1m L/只、芩柏软膏0.1 g/只,每日2次,连续给药14 d。于给药第15天处死小鼠,在光镜下计数小鼠每300个阴道上皮细胞中所出现的有丝分裂细胞数。将30只20~22 g健康昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,适应性饲养后按体质量随机分为对照组、芩柏软膏组、芩柏涂膜剂组,每组10只。除对照组外,其余各组小鼠尾部涂药,给药剂量同上,每日2次,连续给药30 d。于给药第31天处死动物,在光学显微镜下计数100个鳞片中有颗粒层的鳞片数。结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠每300个阴道上皮细胞中所出现的有丝分裂细胞数明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,芩柏涂膜剂组和芩柏软膏组小鼠每300个阴道上皮细胞中所出现的有丝分裂细胞数减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,芩柏软膏组和芩柏涂膜剂组均能升高小鼠尾部100个鳞片中有颗粒层的鳞片数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芩柏涂膜剂能抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,可促进小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层的形成。Objective To study the pharmacodynamics of Qinbai coating agent.Methods The effects of Qinbai coating agent on the mitosis of vaginal epithelial cells and the granular layer of tail scale epidermis in mice were observed.In the vaginal epithelial model of mice,Qinbai coating agent was administered through the vagina of mice for 14 consecutive days,and the number of mitotic cells in the vaginal epithelium of mice was observed.In the model of psoriasis like lesions of mouse tail scale epidermis,Qinbai coating agent was coated for 30 days to observe the effect of Qinbai coating agent on the formation of granular layer of mouse tail scale epidermis.The results showed that Qinbai coating agent group could reduce the number of mitotic cells in the vaginal epithelial cells of mice,and increase the number of scales with granular layer in the tail of mice.Qinbai coating agent has potential anti psoriasis pharmacological effect.The effects of Qinbai coating agent on the mitosis of vaginal epithelial cells and the granular layer of tail scale epidermis in mice were observed.In the vaginal epithelial model of mice,Qinbai coating agent was administered through the vagina of mice for 14 consecutive days,and the number of mitotic cells in the vaginal epithelium of mice was observed.In the model of psoriasis like lesions of mouse tail scale epidermis,Qinbai coating agent was coated for 30 days to observe the effect of Qinbai coating agent on the formation of granular layer of mouse tail scale epidermis.Results The results showed that Qinbai coating agent group could reduce the number of mitotic cells in the vaginal epithelial cells of mice,and increase the number of scales with granular layer in the tail of mice.Qinbai coating agent has potential anti psoriasis pharmacological effect.Conclusion The results showed that Qinbai coating agent group could reduce the number of mitotic cells in the vaginal epithelial cells of mice,and increase the number of scales with granular layer in the tail of mice.Qinbai coating agent has potentia
